The version of the Form I ordered was not the latest so I requested a refund of my order. The refund was processed promptly as soon as I was ABLE to talk with a representative. Contacting a live person was the most difficulty I had. I will contact the site again if I need further forms.

Your site worked fast, my download didn't have any problems, and was only what I wanted and ordered without popups to try to sell me something more. I've had sites do that to me, to which I ended up frustrated cancelling my order.

The Immigration and naturalization law of 1986 requires employers to verify within 3 business days of hiring, that all employees hired after Nov. 6, 1986, are citizens or aliens authorized to work in the U.S.A.
